Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are
different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Download products are not refundable
For Clinics and Workshops
Once you have registered and paid in full for a clinic we have a no refund policy but we can transfer you to another clinic, give credit, or you can on sell to another rider.
Shipping is not required for items that are digital downloads
We pack all items with care, so for security and safety in transit, orders will be sent via either Australia Post regular or the freight company of our choice. Once an order is received, and if the ordered item is in stock, we will attempt to dispatch within 2 working days, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
When purchasing from our website Card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway or PayPal Payment Gateways. Card data is not hosted on our website after processing.
